- 5 / 5By A Google UserI had Miki Chelton create a huge cake to celebrate an event at our church. It was Internationl Year of the Organ and a birthday for the man who is responsible for creating the pipe organ.
Pictures were sent of the organ console and the flavor of vanilla and chocolate was chosen for the cake. The cake became 100 lbs of pure heaven! It matched the console exactly and was wheeled down the center aisle so we could sing Happy Birthday to Jay for his 80th birthday.
Instructions were given by Miki on how to cut the cake. The cake served over 200 guests. We had enough cake to donate to Emanuel Dining (non-profit free food kitchen). The cake looked FABULOUS and tasted even better. Kudos to Miki and her talents in creating the cake. Her web site has a picture of the cake.
VERY Tasty! I had one of each flavor.
